EduWisdom provides tutoring, educational support, learning consultations, trial classes, and related academic services.

Specific services, programs, schedules, delivery formats, and arrangements may vary depending on the selected package, class, campaign, or educational plan.

EduWisdom 提供补习、教育支持、学习咨询、体验课程及相关学业服务。

具体服务、课程内容、上课安排、形式及执行方式，可能会因所选择的配套、课程、活动方案或教育计划而有所不同。

2. Registration & Accuracy of Information

2. 报名与资料准确性

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting any form, inquiry, or payment.

We reserve the right to contact you for clarification if the submitted information is incomplete or inaccurate.

您同意在提交任何表单、咨询或付款时，提供准确、完整且最新的资料。

若所提交资料不完整或不准确，我们保留向您联系确认的权利。

3. Parent / Guardian Authorization

Where the registration is submitted on behalf of a student, the person submitting the form confirms that he or she is the student’s parent, legal guardian, or an authorized person with the right to provide the student’s information and make decisions relating to registration, communication, class scheduling, educational services, and related arrangements.

若报名资料是代表学生提交，则提交者确认其为该学生的家长、法定监护人，或已获得合法授权，有权提供学生资料并就报名、沟通、课程安排、教育服务及相关事项作出决定。

4. Payment Terms

All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required according to the selected offer, package, service arrangement, or campaign promotion.
Orders or registrations may only be confirmed after successful payment.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments made are final.

所有显示价格均以马来西亚令吉（RM）为准，除非另有说明。

付款需依照所选择的优惠、配套、服务安排或活动方案完成。
订单或报名仅在付款成功后方可确认。

除非另有书面说明，所有已完成付款原则上视为最终确认。

5. RM15 Commitment Fee / Refundable Deposit

5. RM15 承诺金 / 可退还报名保证金

For selected promotions or introductory tutoring offers, EduWisdom may collect a RM15 commitment fee / refundable deposit to confirm a student’s participation slot.

For the 7-Day Tutoring Plan, the RM15 is collected to reserve the student’s place and confirm genuine participation intention.

To qualify for the RM15 refund, the participant must complete and attend a total of 7 designated online class days within 30 days from the date of successful payment.

Attendance eligibility and completion status will be determined based on EduWisdom’s official class attendance and participation records.

If the participant fails to complete 7 attended online class days within the 30-day period, withdraws early, misses scheduled sessions without valid notice, or does not fulfill the required participation conditions, the RM15 will not be refundable.

EduWisdom reserves the right to verify attendance and participation records before approving any refund request.

If EduWisdom is unable to provide sufficient scheduled online sessions within the 30-day period due to operational reasons, EduWisdom reserves the right to extend the completion period or provide an alternative arrangement at its sole discretion.

Any approved refund shall be processed within a reasonable administrative period, and the refund method may follow EduWisdom’s internal process or the original payment channel where applicable.

针对特定优惠或体验型补习计划，EduWisdom 可能会收取 RM15 承诺金 / 可退还报名保证金，以确认学生报名意愿及保留名额。

对于本次 7天补习计划，RM15 的用途是为学生保留体验名额，并确认家长具有真实参与意愿。

若要符合 RM15 退款资格，参与者必须在 付款成功之日起 30 天内，累计完成并出席满 7 天指定的线上课程。

是否符合出席资格及完成条件，将以 EduWisdom 的 正式课程出席与参与记录 作为判断依据。

若参与者未能在 30 天内完成 7 天线上课程出席、提前退出、无正当通知缺席已安排课程，或未符合所要求的参与条件，则 RM15 不予退还。

EduWisdom 有权在批准退款前，核实学生的出席与参与记录。

若因 EduWisdom 的课程安排或运营原因，导致参与者在 30 天内无法获得足够的指定线上课程时段，EduWisdom 保留延长完成期限或提供其他替代安排的权利，并拥有最终决定权。

如退款获批准，EduWisdom 将于合理行政处理期间内安排退款，退款方式可依 EduWisdom 的内部流程或原付款渠道处理（如适用）。

6. Online / Offline / Hybrid Delivery

EduWisdom may deliver classes, trial sessions, consultations, or related educational services through online, offline, or hybrid formats, depending on the program arrangement and operational needs.

Class venue, schedule, delivery format, assigned educator, and supporting arrangements may be adjusted where reasonably necessary. Participants will be informed through WhatsApp, email, phone, or other appropriate communication channels.

EduWisdom 可根据课程安排及运营需要，以 线上、线下或混合形式 提供课程、体验课、咨询或相关教育服务。

在合理需要下，课程地点、时间、上课形式、老师安排及相关执行方式可能进行调整。相关调整将通过 WhatsApp、电邮、电话或其他适当方式通知参与者。

7. Scheduling & Attendance

Class schedules, appointment times, or service arrangements may be communicated through WhatsApp, phone, email, or other agreed channels.

Students and/or parents are responsible for attending sessions on time and following the communicated arrangements.

课程时间、预约时段或服务安排，可能通过 WhatsApp、电话、电邮或其他双方同意的方式通知。

学生及／或家长有责任准时出席，并配合已通知的安排。

8. Rescheduling / Missed Sessions

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

Missed classes, late arrivals, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for replacement, extension, or refund unless otherwise expressly agreed by EduWisdom.

改期申请需视实际时段安排而定，并应在合理情况下尽可能提前通知。

缺席、迟到、未出席或临时取消的课程，除非 EduWisdom 另有明确同意，否则可能不提供补课、延期或退款安排。

9. No Guarantee of Results

9. 不保证学习成果或成绩结果

EduWisdom provides tutoring, learning support, and educational guidance designed to help students improve their learning habits, confidence, consistency, and academic performance.

However, each student’s outcome depends on multiple factors, including attendance, effort, cooperation, home practice, learning attitude, and individual ability.

Therefore, EduWisdom does not guarantee any specific examination result, score improvement, ranking, or academic outcome within any particular timeframe.

EduWisdom 提供补习、学习支持及教育引导，目标是协助学生提升学习习惯、学习信心、持续性及学业表现。

然而，每位学生的学习成果会受到多项因素影响，包括出席情况、努力程度、配合度、课后练习、学习态度及个人能力等。

因此，EduWisdom 不保证在任何特定时间内达成特定考试成绩、分数提升、排名变化或其他明确学业结果。

10. Continuing Classes / Follow-Up Recommendations

After the completion of a trial, introductory class, consultation, or short-term learning plan, EduWisdom may recommend suitable follow-up classes, continuing programs, or other educational services based on the student’s learning needs, attendance, progress, or academic goals.

Such recommendations do not create any automatic obligation to continue unless a new registration or payment is separately confirmed.

在体验课、引流课程、咨询或短期学习计划完成后，EduWisdom 可能会根据学生的学习需求、出席情况、学习进展或学业目标，推荐合适的续课方案、长期课程或其他教育服务。

此类建议本身不构成自动续费或强制继续报名，除非另有新的报名确认或付款安排。

11. Conduct & Respectful Communication

Students, parents, and all users are expected to communicate respectfully with our staff, educators, and support team.

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse service in cases of abusive behavior, harassment, repeated disruption, or inappropriate conduct.

学生、家长及所有用户应以尊重的方式与我们的团队、老师及客服沟通。

如出现辱骂、骚扰、反复干扰或不当行为，我们保留暂停、取消或拒绝服务的权利。

12. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, worksheets, notes, resources, videos, recordings, class frameworks, and educational content provided by EduWisdom remain the intellectual property of EduWisdom unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or publicly share our materials without prior written permission.

除非另有说明，EduWisdom 提供的教学资料、练习、笔记、资源、视频、录影、课堂框架及教育内容，均属于 EduWisdom 的知识产权。

未经书面同意，您不得复制、转载、分发、转售、发布或公开传播相关内容。

13. Website & Platform Use

You agree not to misuse our website, funnel pages, forms, booking systems, class access systems, or payment systems in any unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive manner.

We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend participation, or cancel transactions if suspicious or abusive activity is detected.

您同意不会以任何违法、欺诈或干扰性的方式使用我们的网站、funnel 页面、表单、预约系统、上课进入系统或付款系统。

若发现可疑或不当行为，我们保留限制访问、暂停参与或取消交易的权利。

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduWisdom shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Missed opportunities or unmet academic expectations

Technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Delays caused by third-party platforms, payment providers, communication systems, or internet connectivity issues

Changes reasonably made to schedules, delivery format, or class arrangements for operational reasons

在法律允许的最大范围内，EduWisdom 不对以下情况承担责任：

间接性或后续性损失

未达成的机会或未满足的学业期待

超出我们合理控制范围的技术中断

由第三方平台、支付服务商、通讯系统或网络连接问题造成的延误

因合理运营需要而对时间、形式或课程安排所作出的调整

15. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, offer, pricing, class arrangement, campaign, or part of these Terms of Service at any time where reasonably necessary.

我们保留在合理需要下，随时更新、修改、暂停或终止任何服务、优惠、价格、课程安排、活动方案或本服务条款部分内容的权利。
